DeatschWerks has performed extensive testing of their fuel pumps at a wide range of pressures and voltages. This data characterizes the performance of the pump over all possible operating conditions. Pump charaterization data can be especially useful to customers designing demand-regulated returnless fuel systems. Only DW offers such extensive data. Data from each pump model is contained in its own tab within this excel document. All DW pumps are rated at 13.5v@40psi. On each tab, this data has been highlighted in orange for easy identification. PRV activation can be influenced by voltage. Therefore, PRV activation point data has also been included for each pump.
