King MC Series Gen V L86 LT1 LT4 Coated Rod Bearing Set CR8057MC

King's new "MC" series of bearings is a nano-composite polymer coating solution for OE replacement bearings. It is applied over King bi-metal strengthened aluminum bearings as the King factory as part of the bearing manufacturing process. King's MC coating serves as an extra protection later that preserves all of the surrounding parts, even in cases of oil starvation and metal-to-metal contact, thanks to its superior anti-seizure properties and enhanced wear resistance. 

The MC series was originally designed for the ne "start/stop" engine technology, which produces more frequent mixed lubrication and metal-to-metal contact conditions. All MC bearings feature a nano-composite polymer coating, designed internally by King as K-340.
